Machine base and tables

Solid structure in electro welded steel.

Worktables in cast iron, sliding on two large-diameter

round bars and guided by special antifriction self-lubricating

guides. Independent adjustment of the two worktables.

Working cycle

Single end, manual feed, and automatic cycle. An electronic

card (PLC) controls the working cycle, performing auto-

diagnostics on all electric components to immediately locate

any possible faulty item.

The machine is equipped with two tables which automatically move in gpendulumh manner into the machining area, remaining locked in position during machining, and then moving out of the machining area as the other table moves in.

Workpieces are machined on the two tables in alternate cycles to allow the operator to load and unload parts on one working table while the part on the other table is being machined. This allows for the production of up to 10-15 tenons per minute, depending on the ability of the operator and the characteristics of the tenons.

The tenon execution cycle is fully mechanical. The head always travels in a one simple round or oval circuit, assuring reliability and minimal wear of the moving parts over time. The Pade T45 has the ability to execute the tenon in anti-splintering cycle mode to minimize tear out even when machining difficult wood species.

Operating adjustments

The two tables are independently adjustable in height and can be tilted from 0‹ to 20‹. Each table has a miter fence with 0‹ (square end) to 45‹ (mitred end) swivel settings.

Length and thickness adjustments are made by means of mechanical digital readouts.

Cycle execution speed is infinitely adjustable by the operator, so

that he can always choose the most suitable working speed

according to piece and tenon dimensions and type of wood.

Easy and fast adjustment of tenon width and thickness thanks to

mechanical digital readouts (SIKO), allowing an immediate and

precise control of tenon dimensions.

A single wrench is used for all adjustments.
