This manual dowel inserting machine allows to execute, through a sequence of automations, simultaneous operation of glue application and dowel insertion in pre-drilled panels, furniture components, small parts, solid wood components and wood construction components.

 

The dowels must be loaded up in the circular vibratory feeder, which allows to direct the dowels, which are then carefully selected, cadenced and sent to the gun through a hose.

The dowel is pushed into the drum charger into the gun and then, it is inserted through a cylinder that pushes it towards the dowel hole.

The dowel feeding system of PIZZI is based on simple concepts and efficient field-proven mechanical drives, keeping out problems of dowel jams and next to this, proving to be very safe.

Options

• 300 mm diameter vibrating bowl feeder (the standard one has 250 mm diameter), comprising the upper conic stepped container together with the related circular vibrating base;

• High pressure pump for high viscosity glue, for professional and efficient processing of dowels in window construction.

• Pressure ratio between 5:l and l 0: l, required for highly viscous adhesives with a Brookfield viscosity of more

• than 800 mPa s (e.g. D3-D4 adhesives). The high-pressure pump is equipped with its metal stand;

• Frame in electro welded sheet metal, painted with epoxy powders, placed on castors, with working console and handle to make easy the directing of the machine

• Operating gun, very light and ergonomic, supported by a spring balancer (weight= 3,400 g)

• Circular vibrating bowl feeder, diameter 250 mm, comprising the upper conic stepped unidirectional container, together with the related circular vibrating base

• High quality pressurized tank - in accordance with the CE and PED directives - for PVA glue (low viscosity), 8 kg capacity, maximum operating pressure 5 bar

• High quality pressurized tank - in accordance with the CE and PED directives - for water (for the cleaning system), 8 kg capacity, maximum operating pressure 5 bar
