Folding system drawer line for maximum output
The machine line A-10 select.line is a combination of the two single machines Z-201 (trimming and V-grooving machine) and BD (drilling and dowel insertion machine) for the high volume production of foldable drawers. In the first part of the machine, the workpieces are fed out of the hopper in such a way that a continuous flow of stock, without gaps, is maintained through the machine. This way, the edges of the drawer parts cannot tear out.
The second part of the machine is a BD, a drilling and dowel insertion machine. Here, all processings such as drilling, gluing and dowel inserting can be made.
The high-performance machine enables a significant increase in efficiency for your production through precise machining also for large volume production.
